  I spent hours on the phone today and called several places and could Not get service today without being price gouged as an emergency. I went through a link on the search engine and submitted for a call back from the Home Depot link. Tom from Delta Mechanical called in a very short amount of time. He was able to provide pricing and detail of work for a hot water replacement and had same day availability without an up charge. I received a call when the technician was underway as promised, and he arrived in the scheduled timeframe. He came to inspect the job prior to ensure there were no issues that would incur additional charges before he began work. Luckily there were no issues and the work was done in no time and I was charged the quoted price. The technician (sorry I can't recall his name) was very considerate and answered all of my questions, explained what he needed to do, and delivered as promised.
  
  You get charged when the work is completed. This was done fast and efficiently and I received an email receipt immediately.
